midsummer
midsummer yesterday so time for a round up of what's happening in the garden. first flower buds appeared on painted lady runner beans and dwarf french beans. a courgette almost ready. cucumbers filling. green tomatoes set.
I love that lily,, I've never saw that shade before.I've orange, rust , yellow, white and pink but not that shade.Are those snapdragons??Have a good day Mary,,, thanks for sharing,,,,, Laurie McKnight
Thanks for visiting, Laurie. yes those are snapdragons/antirrhinums - home grown from seed last year and over-wintered. That gorgeous claret-colour is the ONLY lily at the moment though hoping for a yellow one soon.
