Bees a-buzzing

Sunny Sunday

Today turned out to be a gloriously sunny day - warm enough to feel like summer. Last weekend the garden was full of snowdrops, now they've been replaced by daffodils, crocus and other spring flowers.

 Flowers seem to have appeared overnight on this self-set flowering currant











 and bees and butterflies are out and about.

With a forecast for a dry warm week, it looks like Spring is well and truly here.

Another Sign of Spring

 Look what I found buzzing around the rosemary today - a sure sign that Spring is on the way.

In the sunny spells between the rain, the garden seems to be full of butterflies and bees - particularly round the lavender and oregano.
