a bit of variety along with the normal salad leaves and radishes this week - we've started lifting some of the garlic. It's very early but the tops were drying and turning brown with the lack of water lately, and I needed the space as a seed bed for winter cabbage.

Don't mention winter,, we just left that!!I love to see whats growing in your garden,, we had garlic in ours that had been growing in our family for 80 years ,, an old guy from poland gave it to my Dad and said it had magical powers,, my Dad planted by the moon and truly believed this fellow,, we still grow it,, magic?,,, maybe,,,
